There are so many documents you can store on the system. During your set-up we will discuss the types of documents you want to store. Basically, storage is aimed at keep all of the important documents you will either need in the future or that you must keep in order to be compliance with the many governmental regulations.

Document types include .pdf, .docx, .xlxs and many more.

If you have a particular document type you want to upload and it isn't uploading, just contact us.

Yes, eContracts are legally binding and in our system the intended signer must be signed into their account to sign the eContract, thereby preventing fraud.

We have some standard categories and will work with you to add customized categories. The goal is to keep you from having so many categories and duplicate categories that you lose documents because you don't know which similar place you put them.

Frequently Accessed or Important Links are role based and controlled by the Owners, Administrators, and HR Roles. It allows links to things that are important for that role. Links to benefits providers, employee and contractor handbooks, your CRM, etc. Any document or software frequently used or important but infrequently used by that role.

Many things can be customized, depending on the complexity of youf customization you may be able to do i yourself or we can do it for you.

Our system has some aspects of an HR platform but we refer to our platform as a people and document management platform. Most HR platforms for smaller companies are offered by payroll companies and do not have the features we have that help keep you protected if an employee or former employee lodges a complaint and they definitely don’t have the other document retention aspects of our platform. We don’t offer position control like larger HRIS platforms because we have found smaller companies don’t need that level of detail.

Our software provides templates for documents you need, eContracts for maintaining legal documents, information and volunteer, contractor and employee documents most software companies don’t offer. It’s a resource you will be thrilled you have when you need it.

Each expert has different levels of experience but anyone working as an expert at Attaché has at least 10 years of experience in their field. We have interns and less experienced Attachés who may answer your questions directly but their answer is always backed by the knowledge of an expert.

At different milestones different laws are applicable and it is assumed you have different revenue levels. So you will receive the information most appropriate for your level. As you advance to the next level you will still have access to the information at the previous level.

If you are downloading a .doc or .docx file you will likely see a blank screen. You can retrieve the downloaded file by clicking on the down arrow in the upper right hand corner of your Safari window.

.pdf file should download immediately in their own window.

• So long as your account is active, you have full access to your information, for viewing or transfer, at any time.
• Information can be downloaded in a variety of popular formats.

Our platform is hosted within United States based data-centers.

For statistical purposes, we collect anonymous information on website activity (such as login activities, document upload activities, the number of sessions, popular session times). We use this data to evaluate our website performance and to improve the content we display to you. To evaluate the effectiveness of our platform, we may use third parties to collect statistical data. No personal information is collected on these occasions.

1. Submit a technical issue (trouble ticket) and let us know you want you account and data permanently removed from the platform.
2. We will review the request and inactivate your account.  After 72 hours, your account data would be permanently removed from the platform.
